Hadar Morag

 

Hadar Morag is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Film Department where she received the Dean Award of Excellence.


Her short film Silence made its world premiere at the 2008 Cannes Cinefondation.


Her first feature film Why Hast Thou Forsaken Me was premiered in the 2015 Venice Film Festival. It participated, and still is, in festivals around the world.

 

Currently, Morag is completing her Masters studies in Theology and Philosophy at the Tel Aviv University. She is socially active, living in Jaffa and volunteering with distressed Arab families and in an emergency apartment for women in prostitution.


Talitha Kumi will be Hadar's second feature film.
