SYNOPSIS

An outstanding football player is signed by the best football club in the Israeli premiere league. But his unusual identity causes the Ultras of the club to violently resist him. They even threaten his life, but he doesn't give up. He is determined to play for his city, and is sure that the triumph he brings will win their hearts. He is looking for a home, where he can be himself. In his attempt to belong, he is forced to confront who he really is.

DIRECTOR'S NOTE

I always wanted to be a football player. Football has it all: camaraderie, a wish to excel, a blind belief in one's tribe. When belonging to a club, you always have a home. A home is what my hero is seeking. This feeling of foreignness has always been part of my self-image. I wish to tell the story of a person who longs to change the rules of the game, but stay on the field.
